I was very lucky to grow up in a home of dog rescuers and have had over 12 dogs in my life. In my adult life, I’ve had a cat for 12 years (George!) and am my friends’ go-to choice for cat/dog sitter during the holidays and vacations for the last 10 years. I have a ton of situational awareness with animals, care deeply about their comfort and needs, am incredibly responsible, and (as an added bonus) am a filmmaker/photographer ready to get you some cute shots of your best friends :)

I approach dogs and cats with calm, warm energy and pay close attention to their body language and needs. I love hiking and being active outdoors, so taking long walks is a favorite. I learned basic dog training practices and behavior from my dad, who trained all our animals. Your animals will get lots of affection and pets when they’re with me!

Karly is a great cat sitter! My two kitties are a bit shy with new people but it was clear from the photos that they had an awesome time with Karly. I felt secure knowing they were in such good hands. I will definitely reach out to Karly next time I need a sitter.
Karly was everything we hoped for in a dog walker. Karly was prompt, very professional, communicative, and Pickles loved the sweet attention! Pickles has a new friend and we couldn’t be happier with Karly’s service. They also send lots of pictures of our happy pup which put us right at ease. Highly recommend!
Karly has taken care of my cat, Bug, multiple times while I've been out of town, and has always done an exceptional job. They are very trustworthy, dependable, and always gives Bug lots of love and attention while I'm gone (Bug absolutely loves Karly, and chirps excitedly when she sees them!) I also appreciate the updates and photos of Bug that Karly always sends. I would definitely recommend Karly as a pet caregiver!

Schedule
My current schedule is quite flexible as I work completely from home and often early mornings to midday hours. My afternoons and evenings are free :)
