I am a recently graduated student who is in Eugene for the summer. I work part-time doing research virtually so I have a lot of time on my hands 🙂 I truly cannot think of anything better to do than meet all of the animal neighbors around me. **I am only in Eugene through August 15th**

The more detail you can give me the better to get an idea of what the pets prefer. Helpful things to know beforehand would be: amount of exercise expected, favorite toys, location of treats/food, anything to especially look out for, etc.
A typical day
I am happy to do a variety of activities with pets such as taking walks outside, going to the dog park, throwing the ball, going swimming, and also non-exercised focus activities for more general enrichment. I love to give dogs something to chew on, freezing peanut butter in a Kong, rolling up treats in a blanket, etc.

Pet care experience
I have cared for a variety of dogs for over 6 years. From puppy to elder, tiny to huge, and sleepy to bouncing off of the walls- I love hanging with all! I have experience in multi animal households, walking (exercise in general), feeding regiments, injuries such as ear infections, etc. It is important to me to maintain normalcy as much as possible while owners are away, and make sure they feel so loved!

Karlie is one of the biggest animal lovers I know. I’ve seen time and time again how naturally caring and compassionate she is with every pet she meets. I’ve trusted her to care for my cat while I’m out of town on multiple occasions, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure he’s happy, comfortable, and well cared for.
