Hi there! I’m a veterinary technician with hands-on experience in administering medications—both injections and oral treatments. I’ve been working with dogs and cats for years in both emergency and general practice settings, so I’m comfortable handling all kinds of situations and temperaments. I have a sweet pup of my own who’s been with me since she was a baby—we moved from Spain together about 3 years ago! I truly love animals with all my heart and treat every pet as if they were my own. I have experience caring for puppies, senior pets, and animals of all sizes and needs. Whether your furry friend needs playtime, cuddles, or a little extra care, I’ve got you covered! IMPORTANT info before booking with me: If you use prong collars I’d let you know that I’m not comfortable with them, as a vet tech it’s my responsibility to inform about the inconvenience that this kind of training may cause to your pet, I’m very respectful to owners but I’m also aware of animal needs and trust me a prong collar is not one of them. This may cause you some uncomfortable feelings, so it’s important for me that you’re aware of how I feel about this type of “training” If you’re pet is not vaccinated (specially dogs) and they’re sick of some kind of disease that can be transmitted to other dogs PLEASE let me know, I have a pet of my own and I need to protect her as well as I have to protect other animals. Same thing applies for flea/worm prevention, as long as your pet is healthy and hasn’t shown any kind of symptoms ALL GOOD, but if for some reason you may think your pet has some kind of bug PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I’ll take care of your friend in your own space, so I would just make sure that your loved one has all the love that they need, I’ll take them for a walk the times that you ask me for, I’ll play with them, and I would make them feel good that’s not doubt in it.

From the very beginning, her communication was excellent—she kept me consistently updated with messages, photos, and little details that really put my mind at ease while I was away. What truly stood out was how genuine Karla’a care was. It wasn’t just a service to her—you could clearly see that she truly loves and understands dogs. My pup was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for when I returned, which says everything. I’ve used professional dog sitters in the past, but she went completely above and beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Her attentiveness, reliability, and warmth made all the difference. Karlita was so great, she asked lots of questions prior and took wonderful care of our cat ♡ He was cleary happy to see her when she came over and she always made sure that the little box was clean and his food & medicine was given properly. I will definitely ask her to catsit again!
Karlita is very good with Hugo and super knowledgeable about canines helping us train the pupp. She is very good at communicating and we plan to keep on using her in the future😃

Karla did a wonderful job taking care of Sailor. She communicated well and provided daily photos and updates, and made sure Sailor received her medication each day. I’ll definitely ask Karla to look after Sailor again in the future.

I have plenty of time to take care of your pet while under my supervision, I’m currently not working full time so it’s not going to be a problem for me to spend as much time as your furry baby needs.
