I booked Karla for 30-minute daily drop-ins for my cat for 8 days. I was disappointed with the consistency of the visit times and report cards. On multiple occasions, report cards were completed 1–2 hours late, and once it wasn’t completed until the following day. I also noticed through my pet camera that there were times she checked in before she had actually arrived. I’m not strict about arriving exactly at the scheduled time and would have been happy to be flexible if we had discussed a different schedule. My main concern was the lack of communication and inaccurate check-in times. I appreciate her caring for my pet, but I would have preferred more consistency and transparency.

Karla was very attentive to our dog and was very patient with him as he tends to get hyper around other dogs. She kept in contact with us throughout the day to give updates on Ghost. Highly recommended!

karla does such a good job walking my fur babies. She is super friendly and responsible. I know that they are in the best hands. My dogs love her.
