I’ve always had a deep love for animals. I have both dogs and cats back home in Peru, and now, as a Peruvian living in Manchester, I continue to be passionate about pets. I’m very patient with animals, giving them the love they need while always respecting their space. My first experience was with my senior mixed-breed dog, Mike, who is now 15 years old. I also have a young French Bulldog, Nacho, who is 3 years old and knows tricks like giving his paw and sitting. Additionally, I care for my two cats, and all my pets get along well with each other. My experience with both senior and young dogs, as well as cats, gives me a unique perspective on multi-pet households and how to ensure harmony between them.

In both my home and the pet owner's home, I focus on creating a safe and comfortable environment where pets can thrive. I stick to established routines, including daily walks, feeding times, and any specific instructions provided. I’m particularly mindful of dietary needs, as one of my own pets required a special diet, so I’m well-prepared to manage pets with unique food requirements. When caring for pets in the owner's home, I’m respectful of household rules and preferences. I easily adapt to different environments, ensuring that I follow any specific guidelines related to pet care, such as areas where pets are allowed or special instructions for their care. I work autonomously, so owners can trust that their pets are in capable hands without needing to worry about constant supervision.

Obi had a wonderful stay with Karla, he was really well looked after.
Karla did a fantastic job providing day care for my very large wire haired vizsla. She helped me out at very short notice and accommodated my schedule (early morning starts and delayed trains in the evenings). I got lots of updates and my dog seemed very happy to see her the second day. I would definitely recommend her when you need help with your dog.
As always Karla was brilliant
Karla was excellent minding my dog Jake sent me updates regular n photos that was Jake 2nd time with Karla n always happy with her kept me informed too about Jake a 100% give Karla I would recommend her too
Karla was amazing. Charlie was very comfortable with her. Karla went above and beyond, in getting to know Charlie before the drop in sessions, and also to check in with me, for any questions she had. She didnt leave anything to chance. Would definitely recommend Karla.

Schedule
I work part-time three days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for pets during the rest of the week. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or simply being there to keep them company, I ensure that your pets receive the attention they need when you’re away.

- Before planning activities, I take the time to understand each pet's personality, preferences, and needs. For dogs, I enjoy taking them on walks and exploring the green areas around my condominium, which is very pet-friendly and offers plenty of space for pets to play and explore. I also love playing fetch or engaging them with toys that suit their energy levels. If they’re interested, I can teach them fun tricks as well, ensuring all activities are safe, fun, and suitable for the pet’s age and energy.
