Dogs are my favorite folks!
I take up to four dogs at once, and am usually full. If your dog doesn't get along with others, I am not the sitter for you. Now that we got that out of the way.... Make Karl’s Doggy BnB your pup’s home away from home. With over 35 years’ experience in the grooming and kennel industries, I have a deep understanding of dog behavior. I have helped many friends with behavior and training issues in addition to training my own dogs. I don’t currently have any dogs of my own, but I maintain a minimalist, dog-friendly home with a large, safe backyard. I have decades of experience with all types of dogs and welcome senior dogs, special needs, special feeding, behaviors, medications. I love having canine guests anytime! I’m a full time professional music teacher and performer, so I spend most of each day at home. Everyone gets lots of attention while they’re here. I’m on E. Weber Rd in Clintonville, between Indianola and Summit. I work mostly from home and will have lots of time to play with your pups. I can usually be very flexible with pick up and drop-off times. I have a fenced yard, and supervise all outside visits. I often have multiple clients at once, and energetic play is kept to a minimum inside the house. Feedings are 100% supervised, and everyone is fed in separate spaces. I can crate dogs that cannot be left out, so that they don't get into anything. I have a very dog-proof home.

Staying with Karl is like a vacation for our dog. Each time he gets to meet and play with new friends, and Karl is great at communicating and sending pictures of their adventures.

Karl is always amazing! I’ve used him multiple times and have never had an issue. Every single time, he’s been responsive, reliable, and I’ve never had a moment of worry about my pup.
Karl was the greatest! our littlest dog didn't want to leave. . . The boys had a WONDERFUL time, and we stopped worrying about them after the first photo. Thank you Karl, for taking such good care of our pups!
After taking separate vacations for several years, we never thought we would be comfortable leaving our boy with anyone. We were so happy to find Karl last minute. He was willing to accommodate a meet and greet with very short notice and truly went above and beyond to accommodate even when he didnt have to. His home was very well prepped for dogs, and his calm compassionate demeanor was exactly what our anxious dog needed. We knew he would be in great hands. Couldn't have found a better person.
Karl was wonderful! He took great care of our senior boy. From the meet and greet through the booking his communication was wonderful. Loved the daily photos and updates too. We also appreciate Karl’s flexibility when our pick up time had to change due to weather travel issues. Thank you Karl! Would highly recommend.

Programa
I'm home most of the time. I teach guitar lessons in my basement studio M-W afternoons. I'm often out of the house on Friday and Saturday nights for performances, but other than that, I'll be home treating your dog as if it were my own. The dogs here get a lot of attention!

I have a fenced yard, and always supervise backyard play. I have a dog-proof home, and am able to confine with gates and/or crates, as necessary.

Whatever you and your dog need: walks, exercise, special feeding, medications, transportation. I can happily provide video or photo updates. Whatever you and your pooch need to be comfortable and happy is my desire.
