Karissa was wonderful! This was the first time my mom and her dog were ever away from each other for a long time. My mom was very worried that her dog wouldn't do good with a stranger but he proved us wrong! Karissa kept us updated and sent us pictures. We loved all the updates too! Will definitely get Karissa again if we need another sitter.

Did me a big favor as a last min booking. I would have liked to receive some more updates/pics while away. I am looking forward to hearing some feedback on my yellow lab.

Absolutely wonderful! Took care of our kitties. Very attentive and communicates well. We could enjoy our vacation knowing our kitties were in good hands!

Great! Was very friendly and courteous. Very patient with the dog and let him sniff and explore at his leisure before continuing on. As we are in stressful times and schedules and planning is very up in the air, she was very accommodating and flexible. She responds promptly and has good communication. She arrived on time and was prepared. All in all a great sitter and one I plan to use again.

We'd booked Karissa for February 1st through the 7th, for her twice-daily dog walking services. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until Monday afternoon, when Karissa texted that she was ill and wouldn't be able to give Pearl her evening walk. People do get sick, and an unexpected illness certainly cannot be held against her or anybody else. However, she failed to show at all the following day, Wednesday February 4th; she did text me once mid-morning to inquire what was the latest she might could arrive. Over the remainder of the day I made several attempts to communicate with her, but she made zero effort to text or call me, despite the fact that my iPhone reflected that she'd viewed all of my texts to her. The only time she did respond, in fact, was to communicate "Great, I'm glad!" after I let her know I'd found a replacement walker, and that Karissa's services were no longer needed. I can handle being ignored myself, but when my dog's needs have clearly been dismissed is when I have a real problem with someone's conduct. Fwiw, I'm quite confident that neither my dog or myself did anything to garner Karissa's unprofessional behavior, which makes be seriously doubt the veracity of Karissa's many 5-star reviews. Thank you.

Karissa is an amazing dog walker and individual. She and her husband stopped by for the initial meeting. Our Cooper took right to her. She is very flexible. We have had a number of service people at home, along with changes and Karissa has been a great constant for Cooper. She is always on time and professional in her communication. I would highly recommend her.
