Hi, my name is Karissa and I have loved dogs and all other animals since I was a child. I also love nature, so why not bring a dog along for my outdoor excursions? I believe that walks are incredibly stimulating for dogs, and very important for their overall mental health! I can't imagine being trapped in a house all day, so why should a dog be left inside?! I'm a recent graduate from Boston University, and although I am not yet ready to commit to a pet of my own, I would love to spoil your dog in the mean time! I understand that dogs are more than pets--they are absolutely members of our families! I can't wait to meat your pup and play!

Karissa was great with my pups ! She stayed at our home with them -She sent so many pictures and kept in touch throughout the whole visit - we will most definetely have karissa stay with our dogs again! They were so happy when we got home ! It’s so reassuring knowing we can count on someone to take such good care of our dogs !
We love Karissa! Mabel and Reno are always so excited when she comes to stay with them! Karissa always sends pics so we can see how our pups are doing and they seem to be super content and don't miss us much at all! Karissa is our go to for all or our sitting needs for Mabel and Reno!!

I have experience with all size breeds, from Chihuahua to Great Dane. More important than size though is the dogs comfort level with other animals and humans. Is your pet aggressive with other dogs? (I have experience with aggressive dogs btw!) Food aggression? Likes to be pet but doesn't like when his belly is touched? I am happy to accommodate your dogs specific needs!!! Extra house-sitting services: I am more than willing to house sit as well as dogsit, so I can collect mail, water your house plants, etc. Just ask!
A typical day
I live in Roslindale, MA and I love exploring the Arboretum, Blue Hills and walking around Jamaica Pond. If the owners prefer that I stay close to home, I don't mind walking around the neighborhood. I love cuddles and wouldn't mind watching some TV with your fur baby before bedtime during overnight stays.
