Our pets are fully integrated family members and their presence within our household have shaped our lives. Their need of routine of care has giving the rhythm to our lives. Each of my pet-clients and their family are part of my attentive care. I am available to make house visits daytime during week-ends, and evening walks upon scheduled request.

If he/she is a toy fanatic I will always ensure he/she will get her playtime outlets met. Routinely will always ensure treats are handed out and the water bowls to be replenished with fresh water.

My own dog is a herding breed (mix border collie/lab) - essentially is a pack dog, and can sometimes act a bit rambunctious towards other dogs. She could act a bit bossy with puppies approx. 1 yr old. Josie is a verbal dog, and well behaved dog. She talks, and at occasion sings :-)
A typical day
I am an outdoorsy active person who loves to go out for walks on trails, or hikes. I also enjoy exploring new off-leash parks. Both me and my boys enjoy cuddling, grooming/brushing and playing: tug of war, catching bubbles or engage in hide and seek games or engage in other shenanigans to produce positive connection with all dogs. We love exploring to learn about their special personalities.

I used to own dogs (cats and other type of critters) since a young age and always wanted to share the privilege of owning/caring for a dog with my two boys (23 and 19). 10 years ago Josie joined our family for a trial long week-end, and never went back to her foster family. :-) I enforce/reinforce commands with LOADS of positive words & treats to any dogs. I am a fairly active dog owner and take at least 1 walk per day for my own senior furry baby. My split level townhouse (sadly not ideal for limited mobility dogs) has a no fenced yard and yet located in a private cul de sac private community near a school field, golf course walking trails, and 10 minutes walking distance to 5 Corners Roundabout.

Karine was absolutely awesome! One of our dogs is quite anxious in initial meetings and she handled him amazingly. The dogs did great at her house, and got along great with her dog. The communication and updates were also excellent. Definitely would book with her again!
