Animal & Vet Science Teacher :)
I'm a former Animal and Veterinary Science teacher (6years) who now teaches here in Oakland! I have experience with high energy dogs who needs lots of play and long walks, but also love to have couch potatoes here with me. Is separation anxiety is a concern, no worries I can give them my undivided attention! My number 1 priority will always be your animals safety, health, and comfort. I can follow any structures you've set for them. I can't wait to meet your pet!

Karina was awesome! Couldn't have asked for a better doggy day care sitter. Great communication, quick responses, listened to what my dog needed, asked questions...all went so well we will be returning for more day care. I highly recommend Karina, one of the best Rover experiences I've had in the past year.
Karina does an AMAZING job every single time she comes to sit our dog to the point he whimpers when she leaves! I highly recommend booking Karina to take care of your fur child. Not only is she a great sitter but an amazing person as well. She makes life that much easier!
Karina is a perfect candidate for the Rover company. She has extensive animal knowledge being an Animal Science teacher at our local high school. She know and cares for all animals she comes in contact with. She has an excellent sense of well being. She is responsible and kind to all she comes in contact with. She is dedicated and reliable! I know she will make an excellent member to your team. She has personally baby sat my two dogs while I was away on vacation and she treats them with such kindness!

Schedule
Like I mentioned I am a teacher, which means I have some down time this summer! These means I am open all day including weekends.

I am in apartment, but your fur babies are welcome and safe in my care. My goal is to keep your pet happy and to keep them on their routine. So these means I can crate them if needed or even let them nap on my couch.
A typical day
Like I mentioned before following your structure routine comes first so if there's any particular schedules, I need to follow I can definitely do that. If not, I live in a quiet neighborhood where we can go on really long walks with a park nearby where we can play. Or my personal favorite, cuddling while we watch the newest Netflix show!
