Availability
*For new clients* I do ask to schedule a meet and greet before I confirm an appointment so owners like you, and your pets can get to know me and able to go over what services your pet needs. My availability varies due to work at a veterinary clinic and school. During Monday-Thursdays, I'm available in the mornings before 12:00pm, and provide care in the evenings after 7pm. On Fridays-Sunday I am flexible on times. I'm more than happy to coordinate schedules to find a time that works best for you and your pet. I strive to provide reliable, loving care while accommodating each pet owner's needs.

Safety and trust are my top priorities. I provide a secure, clean and loving environment. I follow all care instructions carefully and ensure pets get the attention, exercise and supervision they need. If medication is required, I make sure to confirm with you as the owner on instructions. As well as any other routine that your pet is in. I also provide updates with lots of photos and videos so owners can feel confident and relaxed while their pets are in my care. If any incidents or possible illness occurs during my time with them I will of course reach out and give an update to you.

To provide the best care, it's helpful to know any health concerns, medication, or allergies your pet may have. I also like to understand their personality, behaviors, and preferences before handling with them to provide comfort for both your pet and I. For examples: favorite toys, routines, fears. Any household rules or special instructions would also help. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend!:)
A typical day
For dogs: A typical day with me starts with a warm greeting and some time to settle in. After greeting them I provide a walk or playtime, whichever the owner prefers. If giving meal, water or any other care instructions were provided, I would do. After that I spend time supervising and giving attention, cuddles or training if needed. I send updates with photos or videos so owners can see their dog having a great day:) if your pet needs extra care or addition to the visit please let me know prior to coming. For cats: If your cat is at the door or curious, I start with a warm greeting and some time to settle in. Every cats temperament and behavior to new people is different. If your cat tends to hide, no worries. I still present myself with a warm tone and say hello. I always go by their time and wait for them to come to me. I include lots of affection, interactive play, and keeping their environment clean and safe. I can provide fresh meals and water, I can do litter box maintenance. I pay attention to each cat personality and making sure they feel comfortable, happy and stress free while their owners are away. If your kitty is ok and if needed I am happy to help with nails.
