Reviews

I made the mistake of booking 3days of boarding my small dog with Karina. Apparently her home is going through renovations (informed of day of pickup) and can’t properly keep up with things, yet accepted the booking along with other dogs. My dog came back injured and limping and I was not notified of ANYTHING! The only communication I got was her asking what belonged to him over and over. If only I could add screenshots to show just how many times I was asked what toy is his, what bowls are his, what bed is his.. every day he was there I had to identify what belonged to him. She said he hadn’t been eating much yet when I picked him up she didn’t have the food I packed and I was told it was thrown away. Not one apology given. Not to mention he came home extremely thirsty as if he hadn’t had water all day. Do what you want with that information. However, I will not be booking again. It is not all about having “a large fenced in yard”. People want their dogs to be cared for and feel at home not ignored most of the day & injured without an explanation!

Always great! Thank you Karina.

Dede had another great visit with Karina.

Karina and her wonderful family were so kind and patient with my high anxiety dog. He had never been boarded before, and didn’t react well. But with her nurturing he finally calmed down. I know that could not have been easy. If I need a dog sitter again, I will definitely use Karina.
