I have 5+ years of hands-on experience working in an animal hospital, along with 15+ years of caring for my own pets. Working in an animal hospital gave me real experience handling different temperaments, reading behavior, and making sure animals feel safe even in unfamiliar situations. At home, I’ve cared for my own pets for years, so I understand how important routines, attention, and consistency are.
