At the age of 14, I started dog sitting for my neighbors’ dogs, and it didn’t take long for me to realize how much I enjoyed it. What began as a simple favor quickly turned into a passion. Over the years, I’ve grown more dedicated to caring for animals, and it has become something truly meaningful in my life. I love what I do and take pride in providing care, attention, and love to all animals, no matter their size, breed, or personality. It’s more than just a job for me—it’s a genuine passion and commitment to the well-being of every pet I care for.

Throughout my experience, I’ve had the privilege of caring for pets in my clients’ homes. I’ve spent countless hours in clients’ homes, bonding with their animals in their familiar environment, which helps build trust and comfort. Over time, I’ve not only earned the trust of the pets but also their owners. My number one priority is ensuring that my clients feel completely comfortable and confident in my care. To achieve this, I always offer a meet-and-greet before any pet-sitting arrangement. This allows me to get to know the pets, their routines, and the owners’ expectations, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone involved.

Karina has been taking care of my many dogs for years; from 8-week old puppies to 9-year old adults. She is reliable, trustworthy and has excellent communication skills. Above all, she loves my dogs and what she does! Karina consistently gives good care. Two of my dogs take medication daily that she administers properly. I leave the vet's phone number for any emergencies, and I am able to go on vacation without worry. I have used her services for day visits, overnights, vacation time and also a last minute request to let the dogs out because I am running late in my day. The true evidence of her dedication is how excited my dogs are to see her. They know her, love her and are "big fans."
Karina is always a wonderful dog sitter for our 2 pups! We have Karina stay at our house with the dogs, which keeps the dogs happy as well as the house safer. Karina gives the dogs lots of loving attention - cuddles, pets, treats and play. She keeps us updated if there are any concerns or questions, and sends us pictures of the dogs playing and snuggling with her during her stay. She is flexible with her schedule (gets there early on the day we have to leave or stays as late as we need her to on the day we come back home). She is reliable - I don't have to worry about her forgetting the dates or leaving the dogs alone for hours. At the end of our vacation, we come home to a clean, well kept house and happy dogs that have been well cared for! We have had Karina stay for as short as one night, and as long as just over 2 weeks. We highly recommend Karina as a dog sitter!
Karina is responsible, responsive and loving to our two dogs. She never fails to send us photos of the dogs snuggling or playing when she sits for us. She is trustworthy and excels at communicating any concerns that she has while we're away. To top it off, our dogs adore her!

Schedule
Schedule: I’m available Sunday through Saturday with a highly flexible schedule. I have a side job downtown Brighton, but it allows me to accommodate pet sitting needs with ease. Whether it’s popping in for a quick visit, taking your pet for a walk, or providing overnight care, I can adjust to fit your schedule and your pet’s needs. As a pet sitter it is a bit easier for me to know a few days in advance or any type of trip just weeks in advance!
