Karin was absolutely fantastic! Before the visits even began, she asked thoughtful questions to make sure she fully understood our dogs’ routines and needs. It was clear she wanted to be well prepared, and we really appreciated the care she took. She took such great care of our dogs and went above and beyond during her visits. One of our dogs wasn’t feeling well, and Karin kindly cleaned up after her twice without hesitation. That meant so much to us. She left detailed updates after every visit, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious she genuinely cared about our dogs and treated them with love. We are so grateful for her kindness, reliability, attention to detail, and excellent communication. We definitely plan to book Karin again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable Rover sitter!
