I take them to a minimum of four daily walks, ensuring they receive the exercise and mental stimulation they need to thrive. I have access to a securely fenced dog run, where they can safely run off-leash, play a game of fetch, or simply stretch their legs in a fun and carefree environment.

1- friendliness with other dogs, big and small. 2- information about their regular veterinarian (phone number and address for emergencies), get all vaccinations card. 3- food habits and what time they are used to, please bring your regular food and treats so I can dispense it as you think its appropriate. 4- what are the signs that they need to go bathroom, they are tired, and what else I need to look for . 5 - what makes your dog tick? what are the responses he has to skateboard, bicycles, kids running, or any one you find important to let me know.
A typical day
My proximity to Cadman Park allows me to take our dogs on enjoyable walks, interacting with other well-behaved dogs and enjoying the new smells that come with a park frequented by many dogs. Sometimes I can go a bit further to Brooklyn Bridge Park, where we can really have fun by the water.

Karin and Charlie are the best! They are very patient and caring with my anxious dog and she is always so excited to see them. I want her to be spoiled when I’m gone and she definitely is when she stays with them!

Karin and Charlie came recommended by another Rover sitter. My dog has anxiety so it can be difficult finding a sitter that is able to accommodate his needs. They kept me up to date throughout the sitting with photos and can tell he had a full day with them. Will definitely be reaching out again!
We know Billy loves to stay with Karin and Charlie because he hops off the elevator and races to their door. Billy has special needs (weakness in hind legs and needs meds several times a day). We feel completely confident leaving him with them - even when we’re out of the country. A few months ago we were in Europe and Billy had a health issue that required a vet visit. Karin and Charlie handled it all, allowing us to continue our trip knowing that Billy was getting everything he needed. Karin even prepared special food for him. We’re grateful to have found them.
