I grew up with cats and have always had an affinity for them. My specialized services began when I started fostering cats for an animal rescue group in New York City, ages from bottle babies to seniors, most of them being sick or injured. In 2015 I started a successful cat-sitting business in NYC and earned the designation of Certified Professional Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International. I am able to administer all types of medications, including oral pills and liquids, eye and ear medicines, inhalers, insulin injections, and subcutaneous fluids. I recently moved to Milwaukee and would love the chance to meet your kitties and put my expertise to work!

I can come to your home to provide care for your kitty in their own environment, including feeding, fresh water, litter box maintenance and, last but not least, play and cuddle time! I also welcome the opportunity to board your cat in my home.

Karin has been taking care of my cats for about 8 years. Her love of animals, attentiveness to their needs and my needs have been outstanding. I appreciate getting a text with pictures when she visits. Her questions prior to working with our family were thoughtful and important. Where do you keep your carrier in case there is an emergency vet visit? What is the vet's name? What if your vet isn't available? etc. Karin is an outstanding pet sitter. Karin was a volunteer and foster for my rescue group, Ready for Rescue. She is an outstanding animal caretaker. She adopted a Min Pin from us and we couldn't have asked for a better home. She also oversee the birthing of a litter of kittens. It was a complicated labor for the mom but Karin was right on top of it getting her to the ER ensuring all the kittens were safe. She is responsible to a fault and I would absolutely trust her to take care of any cat or dog.

Schedule
I currently work elsewhere part-time in the mornings, and am available from 11:00 am through the early evening hours. I am available on weekends and holidays. I am available to come for 2 visits each day if my schedule fits your needs.
- CatsKarin can host up to 1 drop-in per day
- Thorough details about their feeding and the litter box system used. Also any medical problems and required medications. I would also like to know their favorite toys, games, and treats. For shy cats, it is also important to know their regular hiding places, and if the cat prefers not to be touched or picked up - anything that might cause them stress.
