LITTLE PAWS BOARDING & ADVENTURES! 🐾 Now welcoming pups under 35 lbs for boarding and outdoor adventures! Your little one will join us on the trails for our daily pack walks, where they will enjoy plenty of exercise, mental enrichment, and safe socialization with a group of 3-6 dogs. Boarding is limited to 2 dogs per day. Please note: dogs must be comfortable sharing space with others. See the About section for more details! OFF-LEASH ADVENTURE WALKS! 🐾 Dogs are matched up by personality and energy level in various groups to ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone 🐶 Service includes pick up/drop off to your home, and a 1 hr off-leash trail walk in Pacific Spirit, Spanish Banks, Cypress Park & others! 🐾 Send me a dog walk request to inquire 💜 I have over 15 years of experience caring for dogs of all different breeds, ages and temperaments. Including agility training school, working for BCSPCA animal shelter and other dog rescues in Europe, working professionally as a walker doing off-leash pack hikes in West Van, and raising my Irish Terrier "Honey"! I love the outdoors and would be happy to bring your pup on trails and other adventures if it’s something they like! I’m also versed in canine behaviour and have basic training knowledge. I will strive to make your pet as comfortable and content as they can be while you are away, and want to be their next best friend aside from you! :)

Our dog had the BEST time boarding with Karin. We got lots of updates and could see how well looked after she was. I don’t think she wanted to come home!
It was my first time sending my relatively new rescue dog out on a pack walk and I was a little nervous, but I couldn't have had a better experience (and neither could Sally!). Karin was so communicative before, during, and after the walk, and gave Sally the most fun day. I couldn't recommend Karin more!
We had such a fantastic experience with our dog sitter. She was incredibly communicative throughout, sending lots of updates and photos that gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Every picture showed Penny looking so happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. You can really tell she’s a true dog person — she genuinely loves and connects with each pup she looks after. That level of care and attention made all the difference for us. We felt completely comfortable leaving Penny with her and would absolutely trust her again.
Finnegan had a wonderful time during his first day with Karin. He enjoyed walking and exploring new neighborhoods and parks. He is looking forward to visiting Karin again. Thank you Karin😊
Karin is so amazing! Bingbong loves her and always is happy to go with her and comes home happy and tired :)
Karin was very attentive and always kept me updated about my corgi by sending me pictures and videos daily. She took very good care of my doggie while under her watch. I highly recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate to leave my doggie for boarding with her again :)

Schedule
If you are trying to book on a day I am unavailable, send me a request regardless and I will try my best to accommodate you :) I do 2-3 pack walks per day (1 hr each) from Monday to Friday, this will normally be in one block in the morning or afternoon. Dogs staying in my care will usually join our pack during the day for mental enrichment and exercise! Followed by some rest and cuddle time in the afternoon, and a shorter bathroom break in the evening.

Safety, trust & environment
At home, your pup will have access to a designated play area, beds and sofas, fenced balcony, and a green space for bathroom breaks. Crates and doggy gates are also available for dogs who need extra security. I board up to 2 small dogs per night (under 35lb). I am a very tidy & responsible person. My goal is to make sure your pup feels totally comfortable while you are away. I will always leave the space looking the way I found it (or better!)
A typical day
I do 2-3 pack walks per day (1 hr each) from Monday to Friday. Our pack usually consists of approx. 5 dogs (who are balanced and well-socialized) creating a safe and healthy environment for play! We often do our walks in Pacific Spirit Park or Cypress, where the pups can play off-leash in a designated area (if permitted by the owner). Dogs staying in my care will typically join our pack during the day for mental enrichment and exercise! Followed by some rest and snuggle time in the afternoon, and a shorter bathroom break in the evening.

- I'd like to know if the dog has any behavioural issues or sensitive areas such as food aggression, or reactivity to other dogs, etc. I'd also like to know the dog's general daily routine and preference of activities so I can make them feel as comfortable as possible while their owner is away. (This is aside from any special requirements such as oral medication, etc.)
