A typical day
For cats, we'll play with wand toys if they have some. I like to play laser pointer, it always ends with a fun toy at the end. Chin or head scratches are always relaxing. For dogs, we'll go for a walk and play a fun game of fetch or tug of war. Maybe do some puzzle toys if they have some, and of course, some delicious treats and belly rubs.

I always read their body language and greet them with a calm, affectionate tone that lets me communicate safety to the shyest of cats; or demonstrate gentle authority to the most energetic of pups.
