I love playing with the pups that come to stay! Right when they come through the door we would clip on an AirTag right onto their collar to prevent any missing/lost pups! We then would start out the day with an early walk to the park and plenty of attention and potty breaks throughout the day.

I am very excited to share my love and passion for animals! In the past 17 years I have had a pet menagerie! 3 cats, 3 dogs, hamsters, Fire bellied toads, rabbit, and bearded dragons! I like spending time outdoors with my kids and I'd love to take your dog on a walk or play catch. I have a fenced in yard for outside play and live near lots of parks and trails. I believe in pampered pet care. Walks and treats make every day a good day. My senior doggies and kitties have crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈. I am still healing from the heart ache of losing them over the years. Currently, I just have my kids at home. I know how important it is to have good care for your fur baby while you're away. I'm organized and reliable. I have a flexible schedule and I'm home most of the time. Your dog will get lots of love, care and attention! Thank you for trusting me to take care of your fur baby. Here is a list of items to bring to help make your dog’s stay as comfortable as possible. • Leash • Kennel/crate • Dog food • Bed or blanket • Any toys or treats they like **Special rules/requests** • Crate/ Kennel trained dogs only!! No exceptions! • Must be 100% house trained! If not, there will be a cleaning fee of $10 for each time there is an incident. ( I understand accidents happen when dogs get excited or in a new home, but if it is obvious and or they are marking etc the fee will be applied.) • Please no drop off or pick up after 9 PM or before 7 AM. I have small children so you may need to book an additional night if you have an early/late flight to catch. • Dogs must get along with small children. I don't accept any dogs with aggressive behaviors toward people or animals. • Dog must be house-trained. I am not a trainer. Your dog must be already house broken. • No females in heat. No unneutered males! • Please double check your drop-off and pickup times in your boarding request.

Karie was amazing and such a genuinely kind person. You can tell right away that she really loves dogs. I really appreciated that she wanted to do a meet-and-greet at a park beforehand. We got to walk and talk for about 30 minutes, which helped me feel a lot more comfortable. She asked a lot of thoughtful questions about Aspen—things I honestly wouldn’t have even thought to mention—so it was clear she really wanted to be prepared and understand Aspen’s personality and needs. I also thought it was great that she brought one of her kids with her. It gave her a chance to see how Aspen does around children, which was reassuring. Since this was our first time leaving our 3-year-old dog with someone other than family, the daily updates meant a lot. The messages and pictures really helped us relax and see that Aspen was doing well and settling in. Drop-off and pick-up were super easy, and she was flexible with timing, which we really appreciated. Aspen came home happy, and you could tell she was well cared for. We will definitely book with Karie again and would absolutely recommend her.
