I believe the bonds between dogs and their humans are unique and nourishing. I know how hard it can be to trust someone else with your fur baby, so I take pride in being responsible and considerate of your pet and their needs. Whether I'm taking your pup(s) for a walk or providing some good old-fashioned play time, you can rest assured that your dog is taken care of so you can be free to focus on your tasks. I'm a gentle, patient, and kind person, so I'm good with dogs who may just need a little more understanding and attention.

When caring for pets in others' homes, I will learn their ways of doing things and adjust accordingly. If caring for pets in my home, I can set up either separate or integrated space depending on individual needs. I have a large backyard for outdoor play time, as well as easy access to walking paths.

Karie is a kind, tender-hearted, compassionate person, and a friend of mine for several years. I watched her care for her beloved dog, Bambi, and her devotion to Bambi’s care and comfort at the end of her life. She has a deep love and respect for all living things, and she will care for your pet as if he/she were her own. As a pet parent myself, I highly recommend Karie, trusting your pet will have the best care ever!!

Schedule
I am currently in a period of transition, so I am very flexible in my availability. I'm available weekdays for anyone looking for pet care while they're at work, as well as longer term boarding for summer trips.
