Dogs, Cats and Bunnies!
Hi! I’ve grown up with animals my entire life. I currently own three cats and three rabbits. Growing up, our family had two dogs as well as several small animals (guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, fish). I’d love to have a dog of my own, but feel a new addition would be disruptive to the current balance in my home. That’s why I’m looking to spend time with your pup! I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments. I look forward to also providing visits to cats and small animals. My experience with my own rabbits has made me aware of warning signs for health issues with rabbits including GI stasis. I am certified in Pet First Aid through St John Ambulance. Getting married? Ask me about wedding day dog handling options! I offer custom wedding day packages for wedding day handling, transportation services, etc.

I am flexible to work with the specific pet’s requirements. I’m also happy to help with any other housekeeping duties (ie water plants, bring in mail, etc).

We can't say enough good things about Kari! Our pets adore her, and you can really tell how much she really loves animals. We never have to worry, because we know our babies are in good hands while we're away. She's always very quick to respond to any questions, and keeps us updated throughout her visits. Highly recommend!!
Kari came to our house to spend an hour with our dog and two cats. She was attentive, caring, and clearly loves animals. It was such a relief knowing our pets were in good hands, and we’d happily book with her again!
If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! Kari was Colt’s bff while we were away, which is exactly what this guy needed. Not only did she show him all the love, but she ensured that he had everything he needed in our absence from wet food to water fountain top ups and litter box cleaning to play time (even if all he wanted to do was snuggle). She even brought in our mail for us, which was absolutely over and above! Our Colt was very happy to see us return but I can imagine he would have been almost as happy to see Kari come in the door, too! Lol I could not recommend enough. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy, Kari!
I think, after 2-3 years, Nixon is finally warming up to you lol! He's such a grumpy old man sometimes. I always feel 100% comfortable leaving him with you. You're awesome!

Schedule
I do work full-time elsewhere. My main motivation for signing up with Rover is to spend time with animals and keep my mind and body busy. Currently I am available nights and weekends. I have occasional extra availability, so feel free to send me a message. I look forward to meeting you and your pet!
