Hello, My name is Kari and I currently own 3 amazing cats Trip (10), Atlas (9), and Cayde (4). In the past I have owned a German Shepard - Zoey (RIH). Growing up I had a blue heeler I called Biscuit and tons of cats on the farm. I have plenty of room for your dog to run and play in my fenced in back yard. At my home they will get lots of attention from both myself and my son when he is here. He is currently wanting to get a dog of his own but is in paramedic school so is waiting to finish that before doing so. Should you have any questions just ask.

Kari is amazing with our two pets! She was kind enough to care for them at a last minute request! She truly picked up quickly on all their quirks and personality traits and caters to them beautifully. We’re so lucky to have her care for our pets! Kari took wonderful care of Gilda, our 1 year old English Cocker Spaniel, over the course of 9 days. Kari’s home is ideal for doggy care. Plenty of fenced yard for outdoor play. Kari provides a loving environment. We have boarded Gilda with Kari twice now. Upon arriving at Kari’s home this second time, Gilda was excited and happy to see Kari! When weather delayed our return to Norfolk, Kari put our minds at ease and took care of Gilda until we returned home. Kari takes her responsibilities seriously, and will provide excellent care for your pet.
Kari is phenomenal with our pets! She knows their personalities so well and takes great pics of them while we’re away. We’re always at peace knowing she’s with them.
Kari is always very dependable and my pup is always happy to see her!
Kari watched my golden retriever for 3 nights while we were out of state for a camping trip. She made sure to send pictures and updates each day. She accommodated the large crate for sleeping each night. She played with her in the large backyard everyday too

Schedule
Please note Rover doesn't let you pick specific time frames and it is a time range. Please let me know what your needs are when sending me a message. I will be as flexible as I can with your schedule but please also keep in mind I am working around mine as well as I do have a full time job. I will not book with a client unless I can meet their needs. I always want what is best for your pet as they are also our kids. Communication is key.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large brand new fenced in back yard. If your pet does not get along with cats they can easily be separated in my home. You can also bring your crate if your pet is crate trained and needs overnight care. We can always talk about any other considerations your pet may need while in my home too. I am here to help you and give your fur baby the care they need! I do not accept more than one dog in my home at a time unless they are in the same family because I want all the pets I care for safe.

A typical day
When it comes to your dog we can take a long walk or go to the back yard and play tug of war or fetch. If your dog is more low key we can just chill around the house and get lots of attention.
