Hi! I’m Kari, an animal lover with a lifetime of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I currently have a 5-month-old chocolate Labrador named Greta and two horses, and I’ve grown up caring for dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, fish, rats, cows, and more. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages and personalities—from energetic puppies to senior pets needing extra patience and medication. I’m experienced with large breeds, high-energy dogs, shy or timid pets, and reactive dogs that need a calm, confident handler. I’m also comfortable administering medications and following detailed feeding schedules, medication routines, training plans, and any other instructions that help keep your pet happy and comfortable. Before moving to North Idaho, I spent 13 years in law enforcement. That career taught me responsibility, attention to detail, clear communication, and how to stay calm under pressure—qualities I now bring to every pet I care for. I moved here for a slower pace of life, and caring for animals has been the perfect fit. I can’t wait to meet you and your pet!
