Love dogs 🐾🐾
I grew up with dogs of all shapes and sizes and as a child, learned the commitment and responsibility of pet ownership. In recent years I have fostered many dogs (including at least 8 puppies) for a local rescue centre. A change in working arrangements means I need to put this on hold but still love having animals around. The garden is fenced in and I live close to a park. I am always keen to understand the dogs usual routine/commands so I can maintain a consistent routine.

Karen was an amazing dog sitter, so lovely and could tell they made our dog very comfortable. Really took the time to get to know our dog and what helps them feel safe and happy. Would highly recommend.
Karen offered Sodapop a relaxing and secure environment for her overnight stay. Karen is clearly an experienced and knowledgeable dog lover and we felt extremely comfortable leaving Sodapop in her care. She provided regular updates and photos of their time together which was very reassuring. We will definitely use Karen's services again.
They say a dog is a humans best friend - well Karen is a dogs best friend. She is trustworthy, reliable and every dog in her care is a happy dog. Karen will cater to all their needs as well as love them like they’re her own.
In the last three years Karen has fostered dogs and puppies on a short term basis for Blue Cross. I have spent time with her and her lucky charges and have seen at first hand the enthusiasm and dedication she brings to the role of foster parent. She always puts the needs of the dogs first and has endless patience when dealing with more challenging animals. Karen is a calm person and brings that quality to the care of dogs in spades. She approaches everything she does with a dedication and thoroughness which I feel would be perfect for the needs of the Rover community.
Karen is the only person I trust completely with my dog. She is caring, reliable, and treats him as if he were her own. Every time he’s with her, I know he’s not just being looked after — he’s genuinely happy, comfortable, and understood. Her calm, loving nature puts him at ease straight away, and it gives me absolute peace of mind whenever I have to be away for work or family commitments. Having Karen care for him means I never have to worry, because I know he’s in the safest and kindest hands possible.

Dates de la garde
I work part time and am largely at home so on hand for lots of doggie cuddles and play. A local park is just minutes away so we can both stretch our legs.

I have a fenced garden in relatively quiet area. There are no other pets in the home and I would only have one pet at a time.
