This was our first time using Rover for our dogs. Hannah was available last min our 3 boxers, including our puppy, and she was great! We were a little nervous leaving them with someone new, but she made us feel comfortable and took good care of them. We came home to happy dogs and could tell they were well loved. We’d definitely use her again!

Karen (Hannah) was wonderful! I got into a bind at the last minute due to a cancellation and I was extremely lucky to find Karen. She responded to my request immediately and drove over for a meet and greet. It went real well and I knew that Emmy would be in great hands. I received feedback from her everyday. When I got home I think Emmy wasn't expecting me - she was expecting Karen. But, luckily she's accepted me back - haha. And the house was in perfect shape. You can't go wrong with her. I'm looking forward to having her come back again.

I needed Karen to take my Galaxy out once every a day as it was going to be long days out of my house and she provided more than amazing great care to my Galaxy. Thank you soooo much for loving my girl.

Karen is truly amazing !!!! She is attentive and super caring with my spoiled loved Galaxy. She sent me updates with pictures every single day and multiple times which is what I love because it makes me feel safe that my baby girl is doing great.

She was amazing! She sent me pictures and made sure to let me know what was going on when I asked. She was also very understanding when I couldn’t answer sometimes due to being in a no phone zone. She left my apartment how I left with I deeply appreciated! Best sitter I’ve ever had, and I will definitely be booking with her again!

Hannah was truly a blessing when my family was going through a difficult time. I needed someone I could completely depend on to care for my dog, Remi, and Hannah went above and beyond every single day. From the moment we met, she was kind, attentive, and clearly had a natural love for animals. Remi warmed up to her immediately, which says a lot because he can be a little shy around new people. Throughout the time she cared for him, Hannah kept me updated with messages and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. She made sure Remi got plenty of exercise, playtime, and cuddles — and even took care of little details like making sure his favorite blanket was clean and ready for him. I could tell she genuinely cared, not just about doing a job, but about making Remi feel happy and comfortable while I was focused on my family. It’s hard to find someone as trustworthy and compassionate as Hannah. She’s reliable, responsible, and has such a warm heart for animals. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for a loving, dependable, and professional pet caregiver. Remi and I are both so thankful for her!
