Pets are an important member of the family. I take caring for your beloved family member very seriously to ensure their safely and well being. I have the knowledge & experience of the specialized care that they require. I have owned and raised horses, dogs and cats for over 30 years. I have worked in a veterinary office with knowledge of and administered vaccines and first aid. I raised and trained Rottweiler, German Shepherd, and Australian Labradoodle. I competed in AKC Obedience Competition. I was the liaison and patrolled for the U.S. Forest Service/Mounted Assist & Patrol Unit for 14 years. I organized shows, rides, and events for over 20 years. I breed and raised AQHA horses, including an orphan foal. I Assisted in Vaccine and Deworming Protocol presentations for Fort Dodge Pharmaceuticals.

Karen was a wonderful host for our boy Blaze while we were out of town. Blaze and Nash had the most fun exploring the ranch and playing together. He came home absolutely wiped from his fun adventure. I felt reassured that he would be in good hands and I was not wrong. We cannot recommend Karen enough!
We have a 70 pound mixed breed dog. Her second home is with Karen. We have left her multiple times and she jumps out of the car immediately when we get there to play with her friend Nash. She loves to be a ranch dog and run and play all day. Karen treats Raven like her own dog and takes excellent care of her. We get updates and photos on a regular basis which gives us great peace of mind. I highly recommend Karen.

Karen is the best sitter that we've had for Bucky, our much loved doggie. Beside Karen's sterling care and concern for Bucky, he had had a buddy to play with, a large and playful German Shepard. This was the first time that Bucky was really happy and full of life when we returned. Usually after staying at a boarding place, he seems depressed for a few days.. I highly recommend Karen to all who are concerned for their pet.
Our dog has suchhhh an amazing time with Karen and Nash! Nash & Sadie had an amazing time playing the whole time and it was great knowing she was safe and having fun. Karen sent updates every day and it relieved so much stress from us knowing she was in great hands. Will definitely be staying with you again, thanks so much Karen!!!
Karen did an absolutely wonderful job dogsitting for us, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Our pup was there for several days and had a fantastic time playing all day long with Karen’s sweet and energetic dog. Karen was great about sending us daily updates with texts and photos, too. It was truly a comfort to know we left our girl in a really fun place with such a kind and capable caregiver. Thank you again Karen, you’re the best!

A typical day
I live on 300+ acres with 11 horses, 3 miniature donkeys, and chickens. I have a playful German Shepard who loves everyone. I only watch/board one dog at a time.
