Growing up and living with pets my entire life—including dogs and multiple cats—I understand how important your furry family members are to you. I have been caring for pets for others on and off since I was 12 years old, taking care of neighbor pets, both dogs and cats while owners traveled at our home, or in the neighbors home. I know how to read pet body language, keep daily routines consistent, and make sure every visit includes plenty of affection, fresh water, and playtime (or quiet companionship for shyer pets). Pet Store & Bathing Experience: Having worked at a pet store washing dogs, trimming nails, and cleaning ears, I am comfortable handling dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I'm skilled in managing wet/muddy paws, gentle handling, and keeping pets calm during care routines. As a long-time cat and dog owner, I am very comfortable with cat care (litter box maintenance, feeding schedules, hiding spots) as well as dog needs (potty breaks, playtime, feeding). I take instructions seriously, whether it's specific dietary needs, favorite toy preferences, or unique home-entry rules.
