I am very experienced with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, and I have the maturity and professionalism to make sure you feel comfortable leaving your furry family member with a stranger. I've been a dog lover my whole life and owner for most of my life. I have decades of experience caring for other people's dogs! I will take care of your dog as if s/he were my own with love and proper care. I will send you updates and photos of your furbaby each day you're away from each other because that's what I wanted when I'm away from my own dog. Your pet will be as loved and well cared for as if you were home with her or him.

Karen and Hershey were wonderful! We were traveling through the area and wanted someone to keep our pup safe while we met up with friends. Karen was very communicative and accommodating when our plants changed. Pepperoni had a great time and slept amazingly after an afternoon of fun!

My dog Nina had a great time with Karen and her dog Hershey! Nina stayed with her for a week and a half, and Karen sent us regular updates, took her to the dog park multiple times, cuddled a lot with her, and the two dogs seem to get along great. Her dog Hershey is very sweet. This is our second time having Karen dog-sit, the first time was a weekend stay to get Nina used to Karens place before this longer stay. Thanks for dogsitting! I would definitely ask Karen to dog sit again.

Schedule
I work from home and have my own dog, so there are lots of potty breaks and attention! There's always a toy or treat around to play with or enjoy.

Safety, trust & environment
I live on the first floor and have a 25-foot lead outside for several potty breaks. My dog and I go to the park most days for at least an hour or we go for a nice long walk, so that is what I will provide to your dog. I'm open to most sleeping arrangements as long as your dog and my dog are both comfortable.

A typical day
We go to the park in the afternoon. Lots of snuggles on the couch and playtime. My dog loves other dogs and is very easy going.
