Karen has been an absolute lifesaver for Lacey since we moved to Florida. She has accommodated us even with last-minute requests, which has been such a huge help. She always reminds us of things we may have forgotten and goes above and beyond in every way. Lacey is naturally very timid, but Karen brought her right out of her shell, and that says so much about the care and comfort she provides. Karen is trustworthy, dependable, and truly treats Lacey like family. She keeps everything clean, organized, and in order—and she even brought in our packages! We are so grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will genuinely care for their pet.
