Molly is very shy and nervous in new environments, but Karen was extremely patient with her and followed all of my care instructions carefully, including her feeding routine and litter care. She also spent time brushing, petting, and playing with Molly, which I really appreciated. Karen sent me daily photo and video updates, which made me feel very reassured and relaxed during my trip.
