Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets, I pay close attention to their body language and individual needs to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and respected. My home has a fenced backyard where they can use the restroom, play, and get exercise. Pets can stay comfortably inside the house or in the garage depending on their needs and preferences. I am happy to discuss any specific routines, requirements, or accommodations to help provide them with a safe and enjoyable stay.

Information Karen M. would like to know about your pet
Let me know of your dog has any special needs, medication, routines, or trigger words to avoid any problems. I would like for all of us to have a safe fun experience.
A typical day
If your dog is high energy, I’d love to take them to a beach or park for walks, play, and exercise. If treats are allowed and provided, I’m happy to use them as rewards. For lower-energy dogs (my favorite!), I keep things calm and comfortable. We’ll take a short walk, then relax at home with plenty of attention and affection. I always tailor my care to each dog’s personality and needs.

Reviews
Karen was an amazing pet/farm sitter! She’s knowledgable in working with many types of animals which is handy in the country. She watched my rottweiler while also feeding my chickens, goats, and pigs. It’s hard to find someone trustworthy and reliable to manage my farm while I’m away on vacation which is why I hardly traveled anywhere but hiring her was one of the best decisions! My dog loves her and she makes sure she is well fed and groomed. She has a gentle touch with animals and I can tell she geniunely cares for their well being. You won’t regret hiring her!
Karen took wonderful care of my 1½-year-old Mini Cockapoo, Archie. From the very beginning, she treated him like he was her own. She gave him plenty of love, attention, and affection, and I always felt confident that he was in great hands. Karen also reinforced his good behavior by rewarding him with treats whenever he did his tricks or listened well, which helped keep his training consistent. Archie was always happy, comfortable, and excited to see her. I highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable pet sitter. She truly goes above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to have her care for Archie again.
