We have used Karen to look after both of our dogs on a few occasions now and it is always nice to know that they are well looked after in every way. Poppy our cockapoo and Willow our maltipoo are always happy to see her and Poppy is quite an anxious dog, but always feel at ease with Karen. It is hardworking come by a kind hearted and caring person as her and we couldn't imagine our dogs with anyone else, in fact when we have been away and come home the dogs are really that bothered. Oreo can be a little shy and Rocky likes things very much on his own terms, but Karen took the time to understand their different personalities and routines. Karen has looked after our house cat, Maisie, several times. Karen is very caring, trustworthy and conscientious and has stayed in our home whilst caring for Maisie. She feeds and changes her litter tray, plays with her and maintains excellent communication with us while we are away by means of text messages and photos, which is reassuring for us.
