South End Pet Care!
I am a medical student who is now going into rotations, meaning I will no longer be at home consistently every day. My schedule changes every 4-8 weeks and for this reason I will update my calendar only around that time in advance. Updated as of 05/29/26: Not available from now till 6/16. From 6/16-7/10, I can only be reliably home on weekends. From 7/13 onwards to mid-August, I am available all days and will only be gone in the morning and be back afternoon to take dogs out. I have my own GSD named Remi who I take on all my adventures with me. (She is very playful and would love to have a friend in the home!) I will do the same with your dog! If you have a high energy breed that needs more than just a walk, I can also run them or take them to the dog park. I am an avid pet-lover and medical school student. To help pay for my living costs and loans, I am giving Rover a go! I’ve watched many neighbors’ and friends’ pets over the years in addition to reviews on here. I only host one pet at a time, so that you know your pup/cat will be getting my sole attention! I live with my partner who is home all day in an apartment, but we are blocks from Blackstone and Peter’s park and go there daily for walks already and would love to bring your pup along. Would love to schedule a meet and greet if interested. Please note: Due to my schedule and being gone for up to 5-7 hours on weekdays, I am unable to accept dogs with separation anxiety who cannot be left alone without barking or scratching/damage property. Karen was fantastic with our dog Indie! She handled an unanticipated off leash event with honesty and professionalism and made sure Indie was well cared for while we were away. Highly recommend!
Karen was wonderful and took such great care of my dog over the weekend. She provided frequent updates and plenty of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that he felt comfortable in her care and was having a great time, especially during his outings to the park. I’m so grateful to have found someone who looked after him so well and treated him like her own. I would absolutely recommend Karen to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter, and I would definitely book with her again in the future.

Karen was an excellent sitter for our Maggie. She took great care of Maggie and took her on lots of walks and play time in the park. Karen’s pup, Remi, and Maggie got along great and we really enjoyed seeing the pictures and videos of them playing together. Definitely will be boarding again with Karen.
Karen was fantastic! Incredibly responsive, it was our first time using Rover with our puppy and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly, all thanks to Karen! Would absolutely have her watch our pup again

Schedule
I am a student, so my schedule is highly variable and flexible, and I can adjust my schedule accordingly with advance notice. Typically, Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and weekends are less busy and pretty much free the entire day, while Wednesdays and Thursdays are slightly busier.

I currently take my dog out 3-4x/day where we go on runs and play fetch. I can tailor the frequency to whatever you prefer! I typically don’t let dogs that aren’t mine off leash unless they have good recall or I know them well for liability reasons, but would be happy to take them to a fenced park to play if they want some off leash time.

We can do anything! Go on jogs, runs, play fetch, go to the dog park, and on the weekends we like to go to the beach and/or hike!
