Feed times and quantities. Do I need to administer any medication. How's your dog/s with other dogs on a walk. (Nervous, aggressive etc) Where do your dog/s sleep at night (bed/crate/sofa)
A typical day
Exploring the large local Park with Open Woodland and streams and Open space. Long lead walks and plenty of exercise. For dog who are reactive, a secure field off lead exercise is an option if I think this would be more beneficial. Playtime with tug of war and fetch and catch. Less active dogs- couch time and cuddles!

Reliable Weekend Pet Care
Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Karen (no not that kind of Karen! 🤣) I welcome all Dog guests as part of the Family. I have over 15 years experience and have a doggy pushchair to help with Seniors or Dogs that are less active or have medical issues and can’t walk a distance. I spent 2 years between 2022-2024 looking after my Senior dog and took a break from Rover, my beloved Bobby passed in June 2024 and now I Simply want to help out owners who maybe work shifts/are away at weekends or simply need help looking after their pets at weekends. Since a young child dogs were always part of the family. I am happy to help out anyone who requires boarding or walking. I live in a house with a secluded secure garden and 2 parks close by for walks. I can administer oral medication for dogs if needed and I'm experienced in looking after dogs who have had TPLO Surgery (Cruciate Ligament surgery) and senior dog care, as mentioned before I spend 2 years caring for my Senior dog who had many ailments. I am very flexible with dates and times but I only offer Weekend Boarding/Walking (Fri-Sun) and Bank Holiday Mondays, Friday from 3pm drop off. (I can be slightly flexible on the times) Boarding Drop Off- 24 hours = 1 day boarding Friday Drop Off Time: 3pm (Dog Boarding) Saturday & Sunday Drop Off Time from: 9:00AM (Dog Boarding & Day Care) Pick up Dog Boarding Pick Up Before 6:00 PM (Sat and Sun and Bank Holiday Mondays) Dog Day Care Drop Off from 9am, Pick Up Before 6:00 PM (Sat and Sun and Bank Holiday Mondays), with some flexibility with times. After these times the boarding rate will be charged and not the daycare rate. Weekend Walking 4:00PM - 6:00PM (Friday) Later walks available during Summer time 8:00AM - 6:00PM (Sat and Sun and Bank Holiday Mondays) Later walks during Summer time
Reviews

Karen helped walk Vincent on short notice, and will definitely be using her services again.

Karen was brilliant. She accommodated Stanley at very short notice and was very friendly and helpful. Stanley was very well looked after. It's a shame we don't live nearby or we'd definitely be booking again.

Return customer. Even though it's been a few months since our pup spent time with Karen, she dragged me up the driveway, tail wagging, clearly excited and delighted to see Karen and family again. Thank you!

Thank you for having Hugo!
