Private Farm Retreat
Hello! My name is Karen and I've been an avid and passionate animal lover my entire life. I have over 25 years of dog fostering experience with Big Fluffy Dog Rescue, and currently have two dogs and three horses at home. I would love to let your pup join our little pack! I offer a private climate controlled area for your dog(s) to feel safe and relaxed. Crating is available, but some of my more mature canine friends prefer a nice dog bed and cot if they so choose. The space includes direct access to a fenced in yard with plenty of opportunity for outside!

Karen was such a great sitter for our girl, Margot. Her place has a nice big yard and she has kids and other animals, so there's plenty of time, space, and friends to play with! Karen was very accommodating, sent pictures and video updates, and made us feel like our pup was well cared-for while we were gone. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for their dog to have lots of fun and outdoor time in a very caring environment!
Can I give 6 stars? Karen was great to work with. Very communicative and flexible. My dogs stayed for 2 weeks. Karen sent pictures and updates regularly. I loved her setup for the dogs. My dogs love to sit in the yard and watch the world. She's out in the country with horses nearby. I think they spent a lot of time there. Plus she has a special area in her house set aside for the dogs with beds and water. Overall a great experience
Karen was so great. She has the perfect setup for pups. Juniper had so much fun and came home happy. We will definitely use her services again.
Karen was wonderful with our pets and gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Her beautiful property, with a large fenced-in yard set on a peaceful horse farm, was the perfect place for them to play and relax. She kept us updated with photos and messages, and our pets came home happy and well cared for. We would absolutely book with Karen again through Rover.
Karen is amazing! She is the only one I trust with my floofies. I have four tiny Chihuahuas and I never have to worry that something is going to happen to them HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Schedule
I am a full time remote employee, so I am here all the time. We have potty breaks as needed, with tons of supervised outside time!

Safety, trust & environment
I offer a private inclusive area for friends, as well as lots of outside time with or without canine friends! There are cats and horses so if your friend has a high prey drive this wouldn't be the best place.
Pets
A typical day
Over 11 acres of cleared and wooded land, there is no shortage of stimulation. I find most dogs really enjoy sitting under the old oak trees and watching the horses graze in their paddocks.
