I’ve worked in the pet care industry for over 9 years and I’ve taken care of other people’s pets for over 10 years. I have experience taking care of dogs, cats, and small animals. I currently work at petsmart and I’m trained in pet care. Before that I worked at petco. I’ve also walked dogs and pet-sat for much of my life. I’m the biggest animal lover you’ll meet. I have two cats, two bunnies, and one dog at home. I’m very reliable and trustworthy. I can provide references if needed. At my current job I take care of cats, reptiles, fish, small animals, and birds. Dogs are my favorite animal but I love them all. I believe in treating pets like family because they are family. I’m happy to do interviews too and I have had many satisfied customers. I’m able to do drop ins, walks, boarding at my home (if they’re small caged animals), doggy daycare, and overnight care on weekends at your home (when I don’t have my kids) let me know how I can provide care for your pets.

Absolutely book Karen as your pet sitter, we have had sitters in different states/countries, and I can say she’s been truly the best, most reliable with our pups, and has gone above and beyond to make sure our dogs are happy and comfortable.
Karen has been a literal life saver. After needing to travel with 24 hours notice, Karen stepped up beyond expectation and helped look after our pups like they were her own. She did drop ins, walks, long walks in the beautiful weather— she made sure they were happy, loved, and comfortable while we had to be away. I cannot put words to how much I appreciate her help and her being so willing to spend her time, and do late check-ins with our pups to make sure that all their needs were covered, without question in an emergent situation.

Schedule
I am available during mornings, afternoons, and evenings most days as I only work part time Monday-Friday. I am also available on the weekends. I have a pretty open flexible schedule and I can do last minute bookings as well.

I have a large fenced in yard in my backyard with plenty of shade. I have many satisfied customers on here and outside of Rover. Just check out my testimonials. I can do doggy day care if they get along with other dogs. I’m available for several drop ins per day with walks included. Just let me know what you need. :-)

A typical day
I love to take dogs to the dog park or on long walks to wear them out. I also love to play ball with them. I can help leash train them. Also socialize them by introducing them to my dog who is very friendly towards other dogs
