Karen is amazing! Being a first time puppy mom, I was a little anxious but the process of drop off and pick up is seamless. He seemed so happy to be there and didn't want to go when I picked him up. Will be booking again :)

Our pups met Karen with warm welcomes which was telling of her character right off the bat. Our pups can be shy with strangers but enjoyed their time with her. It sounds like they had a good time running around on her property and meeting all the other animals there. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is related to pick up and drop off of the dogs. Overall I am greatful she was able to pick up and drop off the dogs as it made our wedding day a little easier. I just felt communication and timeliness could have been better.
This is Ella's second or third stay with Karen. She's always very comfortable upon arrival, and after a few "goodbye barks" and whining, she walks right into the open door. I appreciate the availability of a large fenced in yard for play. Ella seems to enjoy staying with Karen and is excited when we start driving in that direction. Couldn't be happier with the care and flexibility when arranging stays.

Safety, trust & environment
If your pup has never attended daycare or it is unclear if your pup may enjoy making new friends, I am happy to have them try it out and report back. A fully fenced in yard with lots of space and the ability to separate as needed makes for a safe play environment.
