I've had dogs in my life for forever, puppy to senior. Patience is required. I have lots of patience. I have loved my dogs, trained my dogs, and nursed them back to health when sick/injured.

Karen is so great! She is very kind and caring. Our dog, Angel, received so much love and attention during her stay. We got several pictures every day which gave us so much reassurance while being away from our dog for an extended period. We could tell that Angel was very happy there and made to feel right at home. Karen is our go to caregiver, reliable, trustworthy, and prompt. She kept feeding and medication applications on schedule for our older lab. Karen spends plenty of time playing/walking and grooming pets and sharing pictures. Our dog was happy upon returning home. Karen is highly recommended!

Schedule
I am semi-retired and willing to hang out with your pet at my home or yours. I occasionally run errands but am not away for long periods of time.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
At my home, there is a large fenced yard for running/playing, and a safe space, indoor crate, for napping. Also, a cushioned floor mat for lying upon. When at the home of the pet, I ask the owner many questions, and I listen. I make certain the routine of the pet is not disrupted.
A typical day
I ask for direction from the pet owner. I then get to know the pet, and the fun begins! My goal is to keep the routine of the pet consistent.
