We are retired so are very flexible. We do have regular activities which can be moved if needed but no work commitments. We go out for daily walks as part of our routine.

We have looked after dogs who may not always be perfectly behaved and have had experience in managing this. Getting to know how you look after your dog with tips and what to avoid and what to reward would be great.
A typical day
We love to go for a walk on the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. We also go to Woodbury Common regularly and further afield from Exmouth in our VW campervan. We love Dartmoor and East Devon.

Pet care experience
Harry and I are retired now but we have had dogs and looked after friends dogs for the last 40 years. We just love going out to the beach, the woods or out in our campervan with our fury pals. We have looked after dogs in our house alongside our own dogs. Sadly we lost our beloved Lyra recently so looking for our dog fix!

Karen and Harry did a fantastic job looking after our golden retriever willow. They communicated well with us and took willow on a lovely walk by the marina. She had a great time and came home very happy. Would not hesitate to recommend
I cannot recommend Karen highly enough. From first meeting to chat about Hugo and look at the home he will be staying in to the end of Hugo’s stay has been fantastic. We were kept informed about how he was doing when we were away and we are extremely happy about the friendly yet highly professional service that has been provided. We will be certainly using Karen again.
As always, Frank had a lovely time with Karen. Whenever he arrives, he bounds in and makes himself at home straightaway. We would definitely recommend Karen as a sitter. She is extremely responsive and sends us lovely photos of Frank either out on walks or chilling at home for us to see while we are away.
