When I care for pets in their own home, my goal is to keep everything familiar, comfortable, and stress-free just how they like it! I follow your pet’s normal routine so they feel secure, whether that means meal times, walks, play, or cuddles on the couch. I love spending time outdoors playing fetch, going for walks, or enjoying a little sunshine together. I also put on dog-friendly music or live TV to help them feel calm and entertained while I’m there. If your pup enjoys special meals, I can cook simple, dog-safe food or follow any feeding instructions you leave.Most importantly, I give your pets plenty of love, attention, and companionship and I’ll always keep you updated with pictures and messages so you know they’re happy and cared for!

I like to know all the little details that make your pet feel at home! Tell me about their routine, how they like their food (any special prep, favorite treats, or meal times), if they have allergies, or if they take any meds. I also love knowing their personality: are they super playful or more of a snuggler? Do loud noises make them nervous? What’s their favorite toy or comfort thing? The more I know, the easier it is for me to keep them happy, relaxed, and feeling loved while you’re away.
A typical day
A day with me is all about keeping your pup happy, comfy, and having fun! We’ll start the day with breakfast, some fresh water, and a nice walk to stretch those legs. I love spending time outside, whether it’s a game of fetch, exploring the neighborhood, or just soaking up the sunshine together. During the day, I keep things calm and engaging. I’ll put on dog music or live TV for company, and I like to do little mental enrichment games like wrapping kibble or treats in a towel so your pup has to sniff and figure out how to get them out. It keeps them busy, smart, and totally entertained! When it’s time to relax, we’ll wind down with cuddles, belly rubs, and some quiet time before bed. I want your pet to feel loved, safe, and totally at home while you’re away.

Hi there! I’ve always been the go-to pet person for friends and family from energetic puppies to sweet senior dogs. I truly believe every pet deserves personalized love, patience, and a whole lot of playtime! I’m experienced with walks, feedings, medication schedules, and crate or leash trained pups. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine so they feel comfortable and cared for just like at home. Whether your dog loves long walks, belly rubs, or just lounging on the couch, I adjust my care to fit their vibe. You can count on me for reliable communication, lots of photo updates, and a sitter who genuinely loves what I do!

Karen was absolutely wonderful! We received frequent updates and took such amazing care of our pup as shown through the photos. She left the house immaculately clean and even washed her bedding. We were not expecting that! We will definitely use her again and she was an amazing fit with our reactive pup.
Karen has been a great pet parent and sitter for our dogs. We currently have three dogs (2 smalls 1 big) and we know that if we need to travel, leave for the day, or just want someone to care for our dogs Karen can be trusted.
