This is our second time booking with Karen and I won’t ever be using anyone else as long as she’s available to watch our Maple. Super responsive, super trustworthy, and our dog who is super skiddish around anyone besides my boyfriend and I, absolutely loves her. I almost think she’s disappointed to see us when we come back from trips instead of Karen because of how much fun she has with her. Can’t wait to book her again for our Hawaii trip this summer!!!
Karen was nothing short of wonderful with my little pup. I was a nervous mama leaving my dog with someone I didn't know - but Karen was immediately warm, understanding, and intuitive with how she communicated with her. During the stay, Karen went above and beyond my expectations, and my pup came home 3 days later worn out and at ease - a miracle!
I cannot say enough about Karen. She is Absolutely Wonderful. We are over the moon for the way she took care of our Babies. We are so thankful we picked her!! If you are looking for someone to look after your fur baby or babies. She is your girl. 💯💯💯💯!!!!!
Karen was so sweet and accomodating for my Maple. We just moved into the area and were nervous about finding someone that our baby would be comfortable with. She not only immediately put us at ease at our meet and greet, but my dog who is extremely skittish and apprehensive around strangers was immediately playful around her. She sent us plenty of pictures and was very communicative, as well as flexible to a last minute request for additional drop ins. Thank you so much for being so amazing and taking such good care of our baby. Will absolutely be re-booking
Karen has been amazing when caring for our dog. He is like a child to us, and it is not always easy to find someone who will care like you do for your own, but Karen certainly does. She is loving, attentive, and sweet with Jax, and he loves her. When we are out of town, she sends pictures and updates to keep us informed and put our minds at ease. She’s the best!
I am always nervous about booking walkers/sitters because my rescue has some behavioral issues that make her a bit of a challenge to care for. I booked with Karen because of her experience with dogs that need a little extra patience & care. After reading her profile, I thought she would be perfect to watch Leia while I was away on vacation and she was! She communicated very well with me, checked in for Leia’s walks, & provided photos & videos. She was able to handle her reactivity with other dogs they ran into outside which was my biggest concern and she made me feel very comfortable and that she was in good hands. Karen is very caring and understanding and even gave Leia treats when she did better on her walks (: She took her on some great walks too! It’s been pretty hot out so I really appreciate that. Thank you so much for your patience and compassion for my sweet girl and the little card <3 I will definitely be booking with Karen again anytime I need someone to watch Leia

Schedule
I’m typically available 7 days a week as long as I have notice of upcoming requests. Available for frequent potty breaks, walks, getting fresh air within my private fenced yard; comfort from not being left alone. My schedule allows me to accommodate needs and care for your fur baby.

Safety, trust & environment
In my home, your dog will be welcomed by 2 very friendly and well-trained Doodles; creating a positive & playful environment. I will treat your babies like my own and ensure their comfort and needs are taken care of. Unless otherwise communicated by the parents, your dog will have free rein throughout the home and allowed on the furniture with mine. Blankets and pillows are available for cuddling, as our babies love to snuggle on the couch with plenty of both! Walks are typically 1-2 x daily around the neighborhood or at a local park within walking distance that has a walking trail. We can play fetch, tag, enjoy local dog parks; whatever your pups enjoys and is permitted! I thrive to create a safe space as I understand the importance of such. My Juniper has severe PTSD from her time on the streets prior to being rescued, which presents as high anxiety. She would hide under furniture seeking safety, but also loves to be hugged and comforted and soothed by my calm demeanor. Stormy is my miracle baby. A few short months after rescuing, fostering and finalizing his adoption, he chewed into the cord of a space heater. He was electrocuted to death. CPR was performed to revive him and rushed to an emergency hospital where nobody thought he would make it through the night. But we have a bond that’s unbreakable and he’s a fighter! After a week in the oxygen chamber and an incredible team administering round-the-clock care, he pulled through. But he had a long, long road to recovery ahead of him. He was sent home with a NG feeding tube, special diet, extensive medication schedule, still needed wound care treatment and wore a diaper due to difficulties walking and overall weakness. He had a neurological deficit that he and I worked to overcome with extensive rehab. He’s proved everyone wrong and is such the perfect doggie that thrives, runs fast and is truly the happiest, most loving dog you’ll meet! He’s my everything! I guarantee your loved one will be in great hands and will receive loving care.

Walks around the neighborhood with opportunities to release extra energy in active dogs, visit the dog park, enjoy some belly rubs and cuddles, and of course have a yummy snack!
