Karen has been absolutely amazing with my dog, Shadow. From the start, she’s been reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. You can tell she really loves what she does—Shadow is always happy, well taken care of, and comfortable around her. She goes above and beyond with updates and makes sure everything is handled exactly how I’d want it. It’s not easy trusting someone with your dog, but Karen made that part effortless. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and caring sitter.
Karen and her family took excellent care of my dog for ten days. It was only his second time with a sitter and he had a great time playing with some of the other dogs and running around the backyard. I think he had a better spring break than I did. :) He left a happy tuckered out pup. Will definitely rebook again when in the Miami area. Thanks again!
