I would need to know the dog is house broken, gets a long with dogs and cats. Due to proximity of my neighbors, I would need to know how much the dog barks when unattended.
A typical day
I live in a mobile home park, there are trees and lawns to walk on. I also have several parks near me. I'm very persistent with ball throwing.

Pet care experience
I have the cutest dog in the world, next to yours, anyway. I have 25 years experience as a veterinary technician. I promise to spoil your baby like I do my own. I will let them jump on the furniture and throw the ball. I am pretty strict about no people food, but will give dog treats and some veggies, if allowed. Rudy loves other dogs and would enjoy having a friend around. I can also medicate if needed, including injections. I have some mobility issues, so can only keep small dogs. I have cats, but they will tolerate new dogs in the house. I am happy to help with basic training, as long as we agree on style. Looking forward to meeting your pet!!

Karen is very good with all the cats and dogs I've seen her with, very patient and caring. She knows how to handle them when they are frightened or grumpy and can give them injections or other medications. I worked with her for a time on a mobile spay and neuter clinic and she was very good at explaining how best to work with the cats and dogs. Her first priority was always their well-being. I've occasionally phoned her with my concerns about my own cats to determine if they needed vet care. She always asked a lot of questions so I could make the best decision for cat.
