Highly recommended! She took such wonderful care of our dog, and we truly felt at ease knowing our pup was in great hands. What meant even more to us was her flexibility and kindness when we had to extend the stay unexpectedly due to the winter storm. She was incredibly understanding and made sure our dog stayed comfortable, safe, and well-loved the entire time. We received updates and could tell our dog was happy and relaxed, which says everything. It’s not easy being away longer than planned, but she made a stressful situation so much easier for us. We’re beyond grateful for the care, patience, and genuine love she showed our furry family member. We will absolutely book with her again! 🐶💛
Kareidis B. cancelled a booking within a day of the start date.
Kareidis was great the first day and came on time but the second day she was supposed to come in the morning and didn’t show up until 1:30 pm. There was no communication about her being 7 hours late so my dog was not fed or walked, resulting in her going in the house. The rover didn’t see where so it didn’t get cleaned up until after we got back from our trip.
