Karan and his wife were extremely helpful and accommodating for when we needed dog boarding whist we went away on holiday for a fortnight April 2024. I can't fault them in anyway at all, they made amendments to our requirements, provided a safe and fun environment and went out of their way to make sure Rolo was happy and even fetched some food when it ran out. Our Rolo had a perfect companion for his stay with their pet labrador Juggy. I feel he went from home to home. I will definitely recommend and will return next time I need Rover for his care. Karanpreet took excellent care of Minky all day, she felt very comfortable with them from the first minute which is hard as she is quite an anxious dog! Very professional, polite, kind and playful with my dog! Would love to use the service again!

Karan and his family was amazing from the word go. From the initial meet and greet, walking into their house both Willow and I were made to feel welcomed. They had done sone research about greyhounds and asked lots of questions about Willow and her routine. They made a note of my responses. On the evening I dropped Willow off, I was late to their house but never felt rushed and again they asked more questions and we went over routine. I was late getting to their house, but I never felt rushed. I was sent lots of pics and videos of her activities. When I went to pick her up Willow, after greeting me, she was very relaxed andxeebt back to sit in her favourite spot. She wasn't in a hurry to leave, nor was she clingy, which showed me shecwas very comfortable.
