Karah seems like a nice person and I am super bummed to have to write this review. But I feel like other pet owners would want to know. When we dropped off our dogs for their visit we were advised that someone else will be receiving them. Only after asking follow up questions did he disclose that he won’t be staying at his place for the majority of the time and a friend would only be doing drop in visits. Had this been communicated in advance and not at the last minute and we would have had a chance to meet the other person and decide if we were okay with them staying alone at his place, it would not have been that bad. However, this made for a not so relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, we will not be using his service again.

Karah really came in clutch and helped me at the last minute. I sent out messages to a few people about 6 hours before I needed a sitter for my fur child because of a last minute work emergency. He responded immediately that he would be able to watch her for me at his place. My baby naturally gets along with all people so I knew we wouldn’t have any issues from her but I was still very nervous because this was the first time I ever left her with someone. He sent me pictures of her lounging around his home and I was able to go on about my day without worry. I’m thankful to him and will definitely reach out the next time I need a sitter.
