Originally from Australia, I moved over to the UK over 8 years ago. Before I moved overseas, I had a cat for 15 years and also a rabbit of 6 years. My husband and I currently have one cat. She was adopted by my husband and they were inseparable but think I'm her favourite now. 😹 I've always had animals throughout my childhood for as long as I can remember. From goldfish, guinea pigs, chickens, rabbits, dogs and cats - each living a (spoilt) happy life. I've dealt with all kinds of different cat personalities, from those affectionate to those not so much. In the end, having them all giving me a cuddle - or a pat for the most difficult!

I will listen to your advice on terms of securing your pet. Whether for example that's locking any cat flaps at night once your cat is back inside or ensuring certain doors are open/closed.

Kara did a brilliant job with Zola who was left for the first time. Plenty of photos and updates for 5 days, highly recommended.

Schedule
I work full time. Week day morning visits would be a top up of food and water, litter tidy up and some attention and playtime for 15-20 minutes depending on location and work. Evening visits would be a minimum of 30 minutes spending time with your pet(s). Weekend visits would also a minimum of 30 minutes for both morning and evenings.
