My husband and I have a small urban farm near downtown where we run a holistic lawn care company called East Aster. Through this work, I am able to have a flexible schedule which gives me more time to take care of your pups! I have been around dogs all my life and began dog-sitting for my neighbors when I was about 10 years old. I am an avid runner and I love being outside. I am available for dog-sitting in your home, daily walks, or just the occasional drop-in visit. I treat your dog or cat as if they were my own, and do everything I can to make them happy while you're away. I keep in contact with you the whole time you're away, sending photos of your fur babies letting you know they're doing well! I am happy to give you my personal cell number, if that would be easier for communication. Though my schedule is flexible, I do ask that any dog walking/running or drop-in requests be made with at least 24-48 hours notice. This way I can make sure I can move my schedule around to accommodate your pup (or kitty!)! I run my business from home and would be able to stay home with your pup while you're away! I make it my top priority to make your pup feel comfortable and to stay as close to their normal routine as possible while I'm watching them. I do not have the ability to care for animals in my own home. When I watch dogs and cats in their own home, I make sure I am able to keep the animal's routines as normal as possible. I give the pets care as if they were my own, and being at their own home lessens their anxiety and allows them to remain as comfortable as possible while their owners are away.
