Hi all! Thanks for taking the time to view my profile! Some of my experience includes in-home sitting for various dogs for multiple years, fostering with Boot n' Kit Canine Rescue with over 16 8-week-old puppies, fostering with Buddy's Second Chance Rescue for dogs newborn-senior, and volunteering in general with Buddy's Second Chance Rescue. I also come from a long line of vets and vet techs, which makes me confident. I adopted my own dog in May of 2022 (whom is a great foster sibling!) so all inquiries must be comfortable with a well trained 30lb resident dog. Please message me with any questions, I am super flexible and willing to accommodate!

Kara was wonderful and I highly recommend her. She gave my doggie a great day away and sent lots of cute photos. I think he may have actually been disappointed to go home (lol)!
Kara was amazing! She was super flexible with a short notice booking, and took great care of our boy for the day. The pictures she sent were adorable. Would highly recommend, and will certainly reach out if we need someone in Buffalo again.
We loved having our dog stay with Kara! She sent plenty of pics while we were gone and did lots of fun things to keep him entertained. Her responses were quick and prompt and we could tell she loved having him stay with her and her dog. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

Kara was great! Our pup is very high energy plus she was under some oral treatment so we were concerned about boarding. Kara was was keeping us on the loop how she was doing the whole time. She sent us pictures to let us know that Gaia was good. Really it was our first time with Rover and with her with had a great experience. We will definitely book her again in the future.
Kara did a wonderful job with my slightly anxious, Sophie! I received pictures every day, cuddling on the bed, walk outside…Sophie needed daily medication. No problems I already have her booked for another time. I would highly recommend her.

Schedule
I currently work a hybrid position, allowing me to take Rover Requests on most Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays! I am hopeful my availability will increase in the future!

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs ARE allowed in my apartment, and I have paid all fees incase of any damage. Your pup will stay leashed outside of unit. Depending on the dogs size, age, temperament, etc., we have various equipment of our own including a crate (s), play pen, toys, dishes, blankets, beds, etc. My commitment to your dog includes care, but additional love and affection as well. I do photography on the side, and your dog is guaranteed to be a model!

A typical day
I have lots and lots of toys, can go for walks, cuddle, car rides, etc. Parks are optional and dependent on dog personality and your comfortability! Photoshoots as well:)
